CERME 10, Tenth Congress of the European Society for Research in Mathematics Education that will be hosted by the Institute of Education, Dublin City University. It will take place at Croke Park from 1st to 5th February, 2017. Dublin has a rich mathematical heritage being the birthplace of mathematicians such as William Rowan Hamilton (who ‘liberated’ algebra from commutativity with his discovery of quaternions) and John Lighton Synge (one of the first to study black holes in general relativity).
